Orders - How to Order Your Shoes

Your order of handmade shoes can be placed at our workshop in Bangor, where we can take measurements of both of your feet. These measurements are used to create a unique pair of wooden lasts for each customer. We have a wide range of shoe designs on display in our store, and leather samples.

To begin, simply share your vision with us: the shape of the toe, your preferred leather type and colour, details of the sole and heel, and any unique touches you have in mind.

To help bring your ideas to life, you’re welcome to reference a design from our gallery—or send us an inspiration photo by email or post.

An essential step is accurately measuring your feet. Please follow our guidelines below to estimate your size with precision.

Take measurements while standing, in the afternoon or evening, wearing thin—not thick—socks.

It is helpful to have someone assist you during the measurement process to ensure accuracy.

Here is an example of how to properly draw an outline of your feet.

1. Holding a pencil vertically, draw an outline of both feet on separate sheets of paper.
2. Then measure the foot length (in cm) and its girths in the places presented below:

A. Foot length
B. Foot girth
C. Instep girth
D. Heel girth
E. Ankle girth (in case of ordering higher footwear)

Please send the measurements with your full name, telephone number, postal address, and email address via standard mail or email.

We need approximately 5-7 weeks to make a pair of shoes to your specifications. We can make a handmade belt in the same color for a selected pair of shoes.

We begin crafting your shoes once full payment has been received. After carefully reviewing your order, we will provide you with a personalised quotation tailored to your design.

Please then make your payment by bank transfer to the business account number.

We will notify you by email about the delivery date of your shoes, and you will also receive the parcel’s tracking number.

Our handcrafted shoes can be delivered across the UK for £20 and to the rest of Europe for £40.
